Thank you for choosing KynaTravel for your Europe travel experience. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, comfort, and trust for all Indonesian travelers.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your booking.

• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.

• For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), 100% payment is required immediately.

• Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (Indonesia or Europe), Wise, or PayPal.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

• Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Refund minus deposit

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

• No refund for missed flights, no-shows, or late arrivals.

We highly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance to cover emergencies, visa rejection, or medical issues.

3. Changes & Modifications

• Traveler-initiated changes (date, names, hotel class) may incur a fee and are subject to availability.

• Agency-initiated changes (due to weather, political issues, or force majeure) will be communicated with suitable alternatives or compensation.

4. Visa & Documentation

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months before departure.

• Assistance for Schengen visa application can be provided upon request (extra service).

• Visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy. Refunds will not be provided for rejected visa cases unless specified.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, food allergies, or special needs before travel.

• COVID-19 regulations (if applicable) must be followed according to EU/Schengen policies at the time of travel.

6. Group Tour Behavior

• Respectful and cooperative behavior is expected on all group tours.

• The agency reserves the right to remove any participant whose actions are unsafe or disruptive to the group.

7. Included & Excluded in the Package

• Included:
  ✅ Accommodation in Europe
  ✅ Daily breakfast
  ✅ Transport and local guide
  ✅ Attraction tickets (as stated in the itinerary)

• Not included:
  ❌ Schengen visa fee (unless added)
  ❌ Travel insurance
  ❌ PCR/antigen tests (if required)
  ❌ Personal expenses (souvenirs, minibar, tips)

8. Privacy Policy

Your data will only be used for travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
